International Shipping
I do have international shipping avaliable to every country that accepts parcels from AUS. If theres any issues with shipping, for example if I am unable to ship to, I will reach out to cancel and refund the order. 

Shipping Prices
Unfortunately shipping internationally can be very expensive in Australia, so shipping prices may be relatively high for the first couple of shop openings. However, over time I might be able to lower the shipping prices to be more affordable.

Currency Conversion
All of my prices are in AUD (Australian Dollar). Make sure to check how prices convert to your own currency, as you may be paying less (or more) than you think. 

Pre-orders
If I have an item up for pre-order then more likely than not that product will need to be manufactured before I can ship parcels out. Pre-order time + manufactoring + shipping time may lead to packages taking up to and potentially over a month to arrive. 

Incorrect order, missing item, broken item
Please reach out to me so that I can do my best to help fix the problem and/or reimburse the item(s)

Incorrect address
If your address has changed please notify me right away. If a parcel is returned to me you will have to pay another shipping fee to the correct address. 

Returns 
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled or returned, do contact me if there is an issue with your package.

Processing Time
Please be patient with me! I am a one man team and I have many other things I need to attend to and work on everyday.
